Becky is part of the Investment team, supporting the delivery of social investment across the Liverpool City Region. Her work centres on building relationships with STO’s, helping them navigate their investment journey in a way that feels clear, fair and grounded in their values.

She brings practical experience from over 20 years spent working with community businesses, social enterprises and creative organisations. Becky has founded and run her own socially trading ventures, supported others to shape ideas into sustainable plans, and helped organisations design simple systems for learning, reflection and growth. This mix of hands-on experience and systems thinking shapes how she works with STOs day-to-day.

In her role, Becky coordinates peer panels, investment processes and feedback so that STOs experience transparent, supportive and people-centred investment conversations. She also gathers insight and data to strengthen portfolio management and contribute to Kindred’s wider learning around social impact and inclusive finance.

Her approach is rooted in collaboration, curiosity and connection. Becky is motivated by community-led change and is passionate about building a fairer, more resilient local economy shaped by the people who live and work here.
