I specialise in Clinical Somatic movement and Somatic Experiencing Therapy. The clinical movement helps people ease muscular pain and overcome mobility issues while addressing any issues relating to this within the nervous system and The SE element of my qualification allows me to work with people who are suffering with trauma, PTSD, long term stress and burnout, so between both if my modalties I help with both physical and emotional pain as a trauma specialist and I can do this using both movement and therapy or singularly depending on the needs of my client.

Both elements of my work are about sensing and feeling so if talk therapy has not helped someone or they want to try a different approach then this work is suitable for anybody.
