A Partner in The Connectives Ltd, Liz is known for transforming creative ideas into realistic deliverable solutions that grow company value and contribute to social changes. Liz has worked with enterprises to evaluate culture change, assess social and economic impact, and ensure that the voice of the person served informs product or service development. She is a fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs as well as taking on multiple non-executive roles on the boards of social organisations.
Liz is Chair of 42nd Street, a 40-year-old Manchester-based charity supporting people with their emotional wellbeing and mental health; Social Audit Network, a membership organisation that supports the identification and measurement of social value/benefit produced by enterprises and Expert Impact, facilitating a ‘Human Lending Library’ through which entrepreneurs can ‘borrow’ successful entrepreneurs to help them solve their challenges and scale fast.
Liz’s ability to build trust and rapport has given her a positive reputation with colleagues and clients, as well as the communities and organisations within which she has worked. She can engage stakeholders and listen to their perspectives, using this intelligence to weigh up arguments and make measured constructive challenge to bring about positive change.
