Since its foundation in 2009, The Parr Sports and Community Centre (formerly Wildcard-ABC) has sought to be a hub in the local community of Parr in St. Helens, Merseyside. In June 2016 Wildcard-ABC registered The Parr Sports and Community Centre CIO as part of required changes to better manage and achieve the CIO’s initial aim of securing the 25year lease from St. Helens Council for the Derbyshire Hill Youth Club

With local volunteers and mainly local funding and membership, the Clubs ethos is about improving life in the Local community and throughout the borough, Both physically and mentally.
