Mpower People CIC provide a variety of activities aimed at empowering individuals towards living healthier, more independent lives, through a range of sports and healthy living education programmes and activities or training relating to increasing sustainable employment opportunities, enterprise development or personal development. We deliver training, guidance and create bespoke projects to support the most vulnerable in our community, we have 14 years of experience of creating opportunities and developing people’s skills in Merseyside, especially for people experiencing poor mental health.

All profits raised from our ST stock goes back into our Mental Health Peer Support group to fund art supplies and refreshments.
