ITG work in the Careers Education, Information, Advice & Guidance field providing services to schools and youth organisations to help support their young people in becoming confident, skilled and job ready. We have quality lead pathways into employment, especially in the construction industry through our strong employer links and local apprenticeship training providers. We stay with our young people for the whole journey and provide additional well being support and referrals.

As a not for profit we aim to empower young people to become the best they can be and encourage them to reinvest their time in our projects to inspire the next cohorts. We empower the community to empower the community.
