Cause this lands the place we love” and it’s filled with so many fantastic role models , founders, inspirational personalities and positive leaders. Introducing young girls in our city to these amazing people is a pretty simple idea but imagine how powerful it is going to be.

Young girls today face a complex web of pressures that can impact their physical and emotional well-being. These pressures stem from various sources and societal factors, and they can have wide-ranging effects on girls' development and self-esteem.

We what to tap into and celebrate the uniqueness of Liverpool by introducing young girls to strong role models from across the city region. There is a wealth of experience, knowledge, and wonderfulness in our city across business, health and wellbeing and self-development. We want to connect young girls to these resources and partner organisations and equip them with the tools and strategies to not only be a Girl with a Dream but a woman with a vision.

Our Purpose

  • Create a fun, safe and inclusive community for girls to connect and build positive friendships and develop social skills, including conflict resolution and empathy.
  • Teach girls effective self-care practices, such as mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and time management, to manage stress and maintain emotional balance and calmness
  • Encourage girls to be curious to ask questions about themselves and the world around them.
  • Introduce, strategies resources and opportunities to encourage girls to pursue their passions and aspirations with confidence.
  • Promote resilience confidence building, leadership, teamwork, and self-esteem.
  • Bring girls face to face with strong role models, successful leaders, health and well-being champions and self-development coaches.
  • Collaborate with parents, schools, communities, and other stakeholders to promote the career aspirations, self- development health and well-being of young girls.
